Refunds May Be Considered Only If:

Lifetime Membership grants access to eligible templates available within the bundle during the membership period as described at the time of purchase.
Refund Eligibility
No Refund will be provided due to the digital nature of our products; all sales are generally final.

Yearly Membership Plans
Yearly Memberships are subscription-based plans that provide access to eligible template downloads and member resources.
Cancellation
You may cancel your yearly membership at any time, but a refund will not be provided due to the digital nature of our products.
Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not generate a refund for the current billing period.
Your membership benefits will remain active until the end of the paid subscription term.
3. Exclusive Ownership Licenses
Exclusive Ownership Licenses are special purchases that remove selected templates from future public sales.
Because these licenses involve permanent business decisions and product retirement, all Exclusive Ownership License purchases are final and non-refundable.
No exceptions will be made once the exclusive license has been granted.
4. Installation Services

Refunds May Be Considered If:
- The service was purchased but work has not yet begun.
- We are unable to complete the service due to our own limitations.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

- Delays are caused by hosting providers, domain providers, or third-party services.
5. Customization Services

Once payment has been made for customisation work, payments become non-refundable.
If a project is canceled after work has started, any completed work may be delivered, but refunds will not be issued for work already performed.

Deposits
Project deposits are non-refundable because they reserve project time and resources.
Client Cancellation
If the client cancels a project after work has started, payments already made are non-refundable.
