1. Scope of License
This Canva Template License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and Web Template Market (“Licensor”) governing the use of Canva website templates purchased from Web Template Market, Etsy Shop, Creative Market Shop
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using a Canva template, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
This license grants the purchaser the right to use the purchased Canva template on one website only.
The website may be:
- Personal website
- Business website
- Portfolio website
- Coach or consultant website
- Client website
Each additional website requires a separate template purchase.
2. Permitted Uses
You may:
- Use the Canva template for one website.
- Edit text, colors, fonts, images, graphics, and branding elements.
- Add, remove, or rearrange sections and pages.
- Publish the completed website under your own brand.
- Use the template for commercial purposes.
- Use the template to create a website for one client.
3. Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Share the Canva template link with others.
- Resell the template in its original or modified form.
- Redistribute template files or Canva design links.
- Upload or publish the template as your own product.
- Include the template in bundles, memberships, courses, or digital product collections.
- Grant access to the editable template to multiple users.
- Use one template purchase on multiple websites.
- Create competing Canva templates substantially based on our original design.
4. Canva Account Requirements
A free Canva account is sufficient to edit and publish most templates.
Certain Canva elements, images, fonts, or features may require a Canva Pro subscription. Canva Pro fees, if applicable, are not included with your purchase.
Web Template Market is not affiliated with Canva and does not control Canva’s pricing, features, or policies.
5. Intellectual Property
All Canva templates remain the intellectual property of Web Template Market.
Purchasing a template grants you a license to use the design according to this Agreement but does not transfer ownership, copyright, or resale rights.
6. Support & Updates
Your purchase includes:
- Lifetime access to the purchased template
- Setup instructions
- Basic template support
- Template updates when available
Support does not include:
- Custom design work
- Branding services
- Content creation
- Canva training
- Third-party software support
- Website customization services
7. Termination
Violation of this Agreement may result in immediate termination of the license.
Upon termination, you must discontinue use of the template and remove any unauthorized copies.
