This Personal License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“Licensee”) and WebTemplateMarket (“Licensor”) regarding the use of website templates purchased or downloaded from https://webtemplatemarket.com
By completing your purchase (or downloading a template), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Scope of License
This license is granted to one individual (the Licensee) for non-commercial or single-use purposes.
You may use a purchased template to create one single End Product (a website) for yourself or for one client.
Each new project or client requires a separate license.
For business, multiple projects, or commercial agency use, an Extended/Agency License must be purchased.
2. Permitted Uses
With this license, you may:
Customize, edit, and adapt the template to create one website (End Product).
Use the template for personal projects (portfolio, blog, school project) OR for a single client project.
Transfer the finished End Product to your client (the license then transfers to them).
Host the website on your personal server, client hosting, or third-party hosting services.
Share your completed project privately (friends, family, or a small community).
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
Use the template for multiple clients, projects, or websites without buying additional licenses.
Resell, redistribute, repackage, or share the template (modified or unmodified).
Extract individual components (e.g., graphics, layouts, sections) for separate use.
Use the template in on-demand services (e.g., template generators, print-on-demand, DIY site builders).
Claim ownership of the template or its original design.
Use the template in unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.
4. Intellectual Property
All templates remain the intellectual property of WebTemplateMarket or the original creator.
You are granted a limited-use license, not ownership of the design.
Demo images, fonts, or third-party assets included in templates are for preview purposes only. You are responsible for replacing or licensing such assets for final use.
5. Termination
This license is perpetual (lifetime) unless terminated.
WebTemplateMarket may revoke your license if you breach these terms. You must then cease use and delete the template.
6. Liability, Disclaimer & Support
Templates are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. WebTemplateMarket is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from use.
Lifetime support and updates are included for all purchased templates. Support covers bug fixes, template updates, and guidance related to the template itself.
Support does not cover third-party plugins, hosting issues, or custom modifications outside the scope of the original template.

Number of Users (or Seats)
The number of permitted users (or seats) is the number of users (or seats) declared and paid for at the time of purchase. Use in single website, application, or video game is permitted. Any resale/sublicense of the Licensed Asset in source file form or otherwise competitive with the Licensed Asset is prohibited.
Commercial Use:
100 Combined total Physical End Products and Digital End Products.
Non-Commercial Use
Unlimited Impressions of Advertisements. Use with multiple business social media accounts permitted.
This Extended/Agency License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“Licensee”) and WebTemplateMarket (“Licensor”) regarding the use of website templates purchased from https://webtemplatemarket.com
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Scope of License
This license is granted to one business, agency, or organization for commercial use and multiple projects.
The Extended/Agency License allows the Licensee to create up to 100 combined End Products (websites, digital projects, or physical end products) using a purchased template.
Each End Product must be unique. Beyond 100 projects, an Enterprise License must be purchased.
2. Permitted Uses
With an Extended/Agency License, you may:
- Use the template to create up to 100 End Products for yourself or your clients.
- Apply the license to both digital websites and physical implementations (marketing kiosks, digital signage, etc.).
- Customize, modify, and adapt the template to suit each project’s needs.
- Transfer completed websites to your clients (the license transfers with the project).
- Host the template on your server, client hosting, or third-party hosting.
- Use the template in commercial client projects as long as each counts toward the 100 End Product limit.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- Exceed 100 combined End Products (physical + digital) without upgrading to an Enterprise License.
- Resell, redistribute, or repackage the template itself (modified or unmodified).
- Share raw template files with clients or third parties (only the completed End Product may be delivered).
- Use the template in “on-demand” services (e.g., template generators, DIY site builders, SaaS products).
- Extract and reuse components (graphics, layouts, sections) outside the context of an End Product.
- Use the template in unlawful, offensive, or defamatory projects.
