This Single Template License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and Web Template Market (“Licensor”) governing the use of digital website templates purchased from webtemplatemarket.com.
By purchasing, downloading, or using a template, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Scope of License
This license grants the purchaser the right to use the purchased template on one website only.
The website may be:
- Personal website
- Business website
- Portfolio website
- Client website
Each additional website requires a separate license purchase.
2. Permitted Uses
You may:
- Use the template on one website.
- Modify and customize the template.
- Change colors, fonts, layouts, images, and content.
- Use the completed website for commercial purposes.
- Transfer the finished website to one client.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Use the template on multiple websites.
- Share downloaded files with others.
- Resell the template.
- Redistribute the template.
- Upload the template to marketplaces.
- Include the template in template bundles or products.
- Claim ownership of the original design.
- Create competing template products based on our templates.
4. Intellectual Property
All templates remain the intellectual property of Web Template Market.
You receive a license to use the template but do not acquire ownership rights.
5. Updates and Support
Your purchase includes:
- Lifetime template updates
- Lifetime template support
- Installation guidance
- Access to documentation and tutorials
Support does not include:
- Custom development
- Third-party plugin issues
- Hosting-related issues
- Custom design work
6. Termination
Violation of this Agreement may result in license termination.
Upon termination, you must discontinue use of the template and remove unauthorized copies.

- Client websites
- Commercial projects
There is no limit on the number of websites you may build using downloaded templates.
2. Permitted Uses
You may:
- Download available templates.
- Use templates on unlimited websites.
- Use templates for client projects.
- Modify templates as needed.
- Use templates for commercial purposes.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Share your membership account.
- Redistribute template files.
- Resell templates.
- Upload templates to marketplaces.
- Claim ownership of the original designs.
- Include templates in products sold to others.
- Offer templates as standalone downloads.
4. Membership Access
Lifetime Bundle Membership
Includes:
- Access to all current templates included in the bundle.
- Access to future templates added to the bundle.
- Lifetime updates.

Yearly Bundle Membership
Includes:
- Access to all current templates included in the bundle.
- Access to new templates released during the active subscription period.
- Updates while membership remains active.
- Support while membership remains active.
If the subscription expires, access to future downloads and membership benefits will end. Previously downloaded templates may continue to be used according to this license.
5. Intellectual Property
All templates remain the intellectual property of Web Template Market. Membership grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.

Bundle members receive:

- New template releases (according to membership plan)
- Installation guidance
- Documentation access
- Customer support
Support does not include:
- Custom development
- Third-party services

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using a Canva template, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
This license grants the purchaser the right to use the purchased Canva template on one website only.

- Coach or consultant website
- Client website
Each additional website requires a separate template purchase.
2. Permitted Uses
You may:

3. Restrictions

- Share the Canva template link with others.

- Include the template in bundles, memberships, courses, or digital product collections.
- Grant access to the editable template to multiple users.
- Use one template purchase on multiple websites.
- Create competing Canva templates substantially based on our original design.
4. Canva Account Requirements
A free Canva account is sufficient to edit and publish most templates.
Certain Canva elements, images, fonts, or features may require a Canva Pro subscription. Canva Pro fees, if applicable, are not included with your purchase.
Web Template Market is not affiliated with Canva and does not control Canva’s pricing, features, or policies.
5. Intellectual Property
All Canva templates remain the intellectual property of Web Template Market.
Purchasing a template grants you a license to use the design according to this Agreement but does not transfer ownership, copyright, or resale rights.
6. Support & Updates
Your purchase includes:
- Lifetime access to the purchased template

Support does not include:

- Third-party software support
